NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE OPEN SPACE AND TRAILS COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF SEABROOK WILL MEET ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2022 AT 5:00 P.M. AT SEABROOK PUBLIC WORKS AND ANIMAL CONTROL COMPLEX TRAINING ROOM, 1100 RED BLUFF ROAD, SEABROOK, TEXAS, TO DISCUSS AND CONSIDER THE AGENDA ITEMS LISTED BELOW.

ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT A SEABROOK CITY COUNCIL MEETING, MEMBERS OF THIS BODY MAY ATTEND AND A QUORUM OF THIS BODY MAY BE PRESENT.

At this time we would like to listen to any member of the audience on any subject matter, whether or not that item is on the agenda.  All comments are limited to a maximum of four minutes for each speaker, shall be limited to city business or city-related business or matters of general public interests, and shall not include any personal attacks.  In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, members may not discuss or take action on any item that has not been posted on the agenda.  When your name is called, please state your name and address clearly before making your comments.  Thank you.

3.1     Discuss, consider, and if necessary take all appropriate action regarding Hester Butterfly Garden maintenance, signage, volunteer opportunities  and volunteers  for Spring gardening. Member Harper


3.2     Discuss, consider, and if necessary take all appropriate action regarding directional trail signs. Member Harper


3.3     Update and report on Tree Planting Day of Awesomeness on January 8th.  Member Coggeshall  


3.4     Discuss, consider, and if necessary take all appropriate action regarding Keep Texas Beautiful Governor's Community Achievement Award application.  Chair Antrobus

 

3.5     Discuss, consider, and if necessary take all appropriate action regarding Carothers Community Gardens.   Chair Antrobus 


3.6     Update and report on various Seabrook Park items, including needed repairs, signage, plants, flowers, and vegetation, and park use matters. Committee  


3.7     City Staff update and report on various Seabrook Park items, including community events, grant administration, repairs, Council approvals and determinations and emergency events. City Staff
