How to Pay Your Utility Bill

While City Hall is currently closed to the public residents are still able to pay their utility bills and may do so as follows:

  1. Online at www.seabrooktx.gov/payments
  2. By mailing it to 1700 1st Street, Seabrook, TX 77586
  3. By dropping it off at the drop box located upon exiting the City Hall parking lot
  4. Automatic Bank Draft (details below)

ONLINE PAYMENTS
To pay online, please go to www.seabrooktx.gov/payments and select "Utility Billing". You may select the "Quick Pay" option which will require that you have your account number and your last payment amount. If you do not know your last payment amount please email ub@seabrooktx.gov for assistance. You may also Register or Login to the payment portal. If you do not have an account click "Log In" and then "Don’t have an account? Register". Please note that the City of Seabrook may only accept credit card payments through our online portal.

PAY BY MAIL
To pay by mail simply place your payment (check or money order payable to the City of Seabrook) and your utility bill postcard into an envelope, place a stamp on it and put it in the mail. Please put your account number on your check/money order. Mail the payment to:

Attention: Utility Billing
1700 1st Street
Seabrook, TX 77586


CITY HALL DROP BOX
If you would like to drop your payment off at City Hall, please use the DROP BOX located in the northeast corner of the City Hall parking lot. The box is located on your left as you exit the parking lot. City Hall is located at 1700 1st Street, Seabrook, TX 77586. Place a check or money order payable to the City of Seabrook into an envelope and include your utility bill postcard in the envelope. Please also put your account number on the check/money order.

AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
If you would like to set up an automatic bank draft please email ub@seabrooktx.gov to make the request. Someone from Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

We appreciate your understanding and we hope that we will be able to open our offices in the near future. Due to the current circumstances, we will be waiving all late charges and temporarily suspending any disconnects, however, you will still receive a late notice if your payment is not received by its due date. 

Please email Customer Service at ub@seabrooktx.gov if you have any questions. If you are still having issues you may also call their office at (281) 291-5675 but please understand we have limited staff working from City Hall at this time and to leave a message if your call is not answered immediately. Someone from Customer Service will return your phone call.
