City of Seabrook Seeking Boards and Commissions Applicants
The City of Seabrook is currently seeking applications from residents interested in appointments to various boards and commissions. City Council will review applications and make appointments during a regularly scheduled council meeting. Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise posted.
The following boards and commissions have vacancies:
- Board of Adjustment
This board meets in order to hear variance requests and special exceptions to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, the Flood Ordinance and the Building Codes.
- Planning and Zoning
This commission reviews the City’s zoning ordinance and subdivision ordinance and makes recommendations to City Council. In addition, the commission reviews all plats, conditional use permit requests and zoning change requests.
- Ethics Review
The purpose of the Ethics Review Commission is to make recommendations to City Council regarding the appropriate disposition of allegations of violations against the ethics ordinance.
Applicants must have resided in the city for at least six months and must be a registered voter. Those interested in applying may complete the application online.
