To register your pet(s), you must submit the following documents to the Seabrook Animal Control & Adoption Center:
- Current rabies vaccination certificate
- Proof of spay/neuter (if applicable)
- Proof of registered microchip

The City of Seabrook Animal Control Department can provide residents with live animal traps and will pick up the trap and trapped animal. To request a trap, you must call Animal Control at (281) 291-5644 or submit an online request.

Residents may call the non-emergency Police Department number at (281) 291-5610 to report a barking dog complaint. If the complaint is a recurring issue, the resident will be directed to the Seabrook Municipal Court Department.

The City of Seabrook is not responsible for the care of your pet. Pets dropped off by owners will not be accepted at the Seabrook Animal Shelter. Animals found outside of Seabrook will not be accepted.
