This empowering program is FREE and designed specifically for women. It teaches essential self-defense skills, situational awareness, and strategies for avoiding dangerous situations.
R.A.D. Self-Defense Training
- Dates: March 24, 25, and 26, 2025
- Time: 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. each evening
- Location: Seabrook Public Works Complex
(1100 Red Bluff Road, Seabrook, Texas 77586) - Cost: FREE
- Instructors: Officers Kim Boniface, James Hill, Jennifer McGee, and Emmanuel Garcia of the Seabrook Police Department
This 3-evening R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) course is designed for women and mother-daughter duos (ages 12+). The training focuses on self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and strategies for avoiding dangerous situations. Participants will also learn to throw punches, kicks, and strikes.
Attendance at all three classes is required to complete the course.
