Natalie Picha was elected to At-Large Position No. 4 on May 6, 2017 and has been a resident of Seabrook since 1997. She has served on the City’s Charter Review Commission, Economic Development Corporation, and Civil Service Commission. She is a Senior Financial Advisor, Vice President with The Royal Group at Merrill Lynch. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic business development and 10 years in the transportation industry. She is the Associate Vice Chair for the AGC of Texas and board member for the Bay Area Transportation Partnership.
Natalie ran for City Council to volunteer her experience in transportation and business development as the City of Seabrook evolves with the State Highway 146 expansion project. It is her goal to see this project improve the residential quality of life while encouraging responsible commercial development. Natalie is married to Darrell Picha and has three daughters proudly raised in Seabrook, Leah 25, Lacey 23, and Layne 17. They are active members of Clear Creek Community Church.
