Mayor & City Council
City Council meetings are held at City Hall at 1700 1st Street on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated.

Council agendas are posted on this website and on the bulletin boards at City Hall at least 72 hours prior to meetings, as required by the Texas Open Meetings Act.

Council members are elected at large and serve the entire city, not a geographic precinct, for four-year terms. The mayor pro tem is appointed annually by fellow Council members. City Council positions are not full-time jobs

Mayor Thom Kolupski 
Mayor Thom Kolupski was elected as Mayor on May 6, 2017. Mayor Kolupski has been a Seabrook resident for 18 years and is the owner of an Architectural/Engineering Project Management firm.

Position #1: Robert Llorente
Robert Llorente was elected to Position #1 after a run-off election held in June 2012.

Position #2: Laura Davis
Laura Davis is a former City Council member and was elected to At-Large Position No. 2 on May 6, 2017. She and her husband have lived in Seabrook for 13 years.

Position #3: Gary Johnson (Mayor Pro Tem)  
Gary Johnson was elected to the Seabrook City Council in May 2012. 

Position #4: Natalie Picha 
Natalie Picha was elected to At-Large Position No. 4 on May 6, 2017 and has been a resident of Seabrook since 1997.  

Position #5: Glenna Adovasio
Council member Glenna Adovasio has lived in the Houston area for 35 years and 14 years of that here in Seabrook. She has been a licensed realtor since 2004.   

Position #6: Joe Machol
Joe Machol has been a resident of Seabrook for 50 years. He was elected to Council in a special election in July of 2017.
