Reservation Information

All reservation requests for Carothers Coastal Gardens must be made in person at Seabrook City Hall. Please complete the application and determine applicable deposits and fees. Deposit for the facility rental is required to officially hold a date on the Carothers calendar. Arrangements may be made for the payment of rental and additional fees. ALL deposits and fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to scheduled event.

Additional Lawn Maintenance Fee
$300 Optional. Lawn will be maintained at no charge. You may pay this fee if you desire additional landscape work.

Security

Security shall be provided for all events unless waived by the City Manager. Additional fees shall be assessed to provide for security at the event. The applicant shall be required to provide for security protection by the assignment of off-duty officers of the Seabrook Police Department as follows:

The hourly rate for security is established by the Seabrook Police Department. There is a four-hour minimum payment required for each officer. The applicant is expected to pay the officers in cash when they arrive at the event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit and possible cancellation of event.

Custodial Services

Applicants are required to remove all decorations, supplies, personal items, etc., from the facility and grounds on the same day/evening of reservation. In addition, all tables and chairs must be folded and replaced where you found them. Failure to remove these items from the buildings and grounds may result in forfeiture of the rental deposit.

Equipment Availability and Fees

The Carothers Coastal Gardens has many standard amenities as well as some available for rent. The following is a list of standard amenities: 

  • Indoor and outdoor electricity (110v)
  • Air conditioning and heating
  • Full kitchen (with the exception of a stove)
  • Ice maker
  • Three bathrooms, one with a shower
  • Casita/Bridal House, with bathroom and shower

Cancellation Policy

The following schedule provides information regarding the amount of facility rental fees refunded due to event cancellation.
