The Harvest Moon Regatta® has been hosted by Lakewood Yacht Club every year since 1987. The offshore race begins in Galveston and ends with a party in Port Aransas. The topic will be "Identifying Hawks and other winter birds" and will discuss migratory birds that fly across the Gulf of Mexic and land in our area on their way to their nesting grounds, given by the Houston Audubon.
