New Building Construction Projects
During Cover & Final inspections in Seabrook, all trades are inspected together. Partial inspections may be available based on the project size. It's essential to be considerate of neighbors during construction.
Contractors are required to keep construction sites, adjoining properties, and public right-of-ways clean and debris-free. Building materials should be neatly stacked, secured against wind and water movement, and kept out of mud. Garbage must be in closed containers, removed at least twice a week, and streets should be swept daily.
Continuous maintenance of siltation and erosion devices is necessary to prevent sediment and debris infiltration into storm drainage systems and neighboring properties. Sanitation facilities for on-site workers are required and should be regularly maintained.
For those using dumpsters and trash boxes in Seabrook, regular maintenance is a requirement. Adhering to these guidelines ensures a clean and safe environment during construction.
