Conduct During Court Sessions
Respectful behavior is required during court proceedings. During an open court session, each individual has the opportunity to hear the Judge's instructions regarding their case. Avoid talking, disruptive noises, frequent entering and exiting the courtroom, and other disruptive behaviors that may interfere with the interaction between an individual and the Judge. Computers, games, recording devices, and disruptive electronic devices are not permitted.
Court Security
You can expect security measures when you enter the courtroom. The bailiff will conduct a security check, including wanding and searches of strollers, bags, purses, briefcases, and personal items. These measures are in place to ensure the safety of everyone present in the courtroom.
