The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard ‘Rick’ Guerrero as its new Director. Rick brings an extensive background in economic development, strategic planning, and business engagement, positioning him to lead Seabrook into an exciting new era of growth and opportunity.
With years of experience fostering successful partnerships between municipalities, businesses, and community stakeholders, Rick has a proven track record of attracting quality development, supporting local enterprises, and driving sustainable economic growth. His expertise spans project management, business retention and expansion, marketing, and community revitalization.

As the Seabrook EDC Director, Rick will oversee initiatives that align with the City’s long-term strategic goals, including supporting local businesses, promoting Seabrook, and capitalizing on the opportunities created by ongoing infrastructure improvements such as the SH 146 expansion.
