Seabrook, TX – The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is pleased to announce that Margarita Jones, a new Tex-Mex restaurant, has submitted an incentive application, aiming to bring fresh energy to Seabrook’s dining scene with a new location at 1818 NASA Parkway. Previously the site of Hooters, the building will undergo a complete transformation to highlight Margarita Jones' vibrant Tex-Mex style, with owner Patrick Lindsey overseeing the redesign.
This will be Margarita Jones' second location, following its flagship in West Columbia, Texas, where it has already garnered a strong local following. With this new Seabrook location, Lindsey seeks to extend the brand’s success and share its unique take on Tex-Mex cuisine with a wider audience along the Gulf Coast.
Lindsey presented his business plan and concept renderings to the SEDC as part of his application for development assistance, detailing extensive plans for a full-scale renovation of the existing property. The updated facade will bring a fresh look to the area, drawing in both locals and visitors with its warm ambiance and authentic Tex-Mex offerings.
The new restaurant aligns with the vision for Seabrook’s revitalization, especially along the NASA Parkway and State Highway 146 corridors, where new businesses are bringing renewed vitality.
Set to open in April 2025, Margarita Jones will debut just in time for spring, providing an exciting new destination for Tex-Mex enthusiasts. This incentive application is part of the SEDC’s mission to support economic growth in Seabrook by revitalizing key areas across the city.
