The Seabrook Economic Development Corporation manages and reviews all incentive requests related to business development. Our goal is to encourage the smart growth of the City through incentives while working closely with City Council and the Planning and Zoning board.  

Incentive applications are subject to an initial review by staff and the prospect before proceeding to the Economic Development Board. Applications will be reviewed on their economic impact including the return on community investment of public dollars.
