Public Information Request
The City of Seabrook operates as a governing body and information and records are subject to the Texas Public Information Act. The purpose of the Public Information Act is to maintain the people's control over the instruments they have created.

Waste & Recycling
The City of Seabrook works with Waste Management to provide both waste and recycling services to our residents. Waste services are provided twice per week, recycling is provided once per week, heavy pick up is provided once per week and we offer At Your Door hazard removal.

Water and Waste Water
The City of Seabrook purchases fresh water from the City of Pasadena and treats wastewater locally at the Wastewater Treatment Plant on Red Bluff Rd.
