How to Submit a Compliment
- Online Form: Submit a written compliment using the online form here.
- In-Person or Mail via Written Letter: Alternatively, you may write a letter to the Chief of Police detailing your commendation. This letter may be returned in person or mailed to 1400 Cook Street, Seabrook, TX 77586.
What Happens Next
- The Chief of Police ensures that the compliment is shared with the employee and that a copy is placed in their personnel file.

How to File a Complaint
- Online Form: Submit a written complaint using the online form here.
- In-Person or Mail via Written Letter: If you choose not to use the online form, you must provide a written and signed letter to the Seabrook Police Department, returned in person or mailed to 1400 Cook Street, Seabrook, TX 77586.
Complaint Review Process
- Supervisor Resolution: In many cases, concerns can be resolved through a visit or phone call to the employee’s supervisor, who will discuss the complaint and work toward a resolution.
- Documentation and Review: All complaints, regardless of resolution, are documented and forwarded for review to ensure the integrity of the Department.
