Are You OK is a nationwide program designed to check on the well-being of elderly individuals, disabled persons, or anyone in the community who may need to be checked on by a law enforcement officer.
The Seabrook Police Department's goal is to enhance the quality of life in the city of Seabrook by working cooperatively with the public to prevent crime, enforce the law, preserve the peace, and provide a safe environment.

R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) is a program for women. It teaches self-defense, awareness and confidence as women learn how to be aware of and avoid dangerous situations. They will also learn how to throw various punches, kicks and strikes, among other valuable techniques.
