The Seabrook Police Department offers free R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Classes are designed for women and mother-daughter pairs (ages 12 and up). This three-evening course teaches essential self-defense techniques, including punches, kicks, and strikes, while focusing on situational awareness and strategies to avoid dangerous situations. Participants will gain practical skills to enhance personal safety.

Attendance at all three classes is required to complete the course.
