2026 Kids' Pet Election

Now Accepting Pet Nominations

The City of Seabrook is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Kids' Pet Election.

Does your pet have a winning smile or a big personality? Now is their chance to “run for office” in this fun, family-friendly community tradition.

How to Nominate Your Pet

Complete the online nomination form using the button link below. Each submission must include:

• One photo of your pet
• A short candidate bio explaining why your pet would make a great Kids Pet Election candidate

Nomination Deadline: March 13, 2026

City staff will review all eligible entries and select:

• One dog
• One cat
• One “other” type of animal

Voting Information

Kids' Pet Election voting will take place during the same hours as:

• Early Voting
• Election Day for the May 2, 2026, Seabrook General Election

This allows children to cast their ballots while adults participate in the General Election.
